The Timberlodge banquet facility with its charming porches, is available for rehearsal dinners, showers, wedding ceremonies/receptions and special events. Located between Buffalo and Rochester New York (NY) in the picturesque village of Akron, NY it is just a few quick miles from the busy Transit Rd strip making it an ideal wedding location.

Our banquet facility features a stunning timber frame design and classic Arts and Crafts style décor. Quiet, romantic porches overlook rolling greens and fairways and sunny terraces are enhanced by boarders filled with grasses and perennials. The gazebo is a perfect spot for cocktails and makes a nice focal point for pictures.

The main banquet room seats 190 people. The porches each seat 75+ people. To reserve the main banquet room there is a guaranteed minimum number. There is a banquet facility use fee for the use of the main banquet room and porches. A $500.00 fee is required to reserve a date.

The banquet room porches and gardens may be viewed informally during any of the hours that we are open for business. However, if an in depth visit is desired to discuss dates, timing, private reserved dining area and menus – please call for an appointment with our Director of food/beverage.
